IT Helpdesk Manager
Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable IT partner based in the UK. They are looking to grow their team on the managerial side who can come in and have a positive impact on team performance and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Team Management – Inspire, lead, supervise, coach, and develop the IT helpdesk team
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth
- Oversee and prioritise the resolution of technical support requests, ensuring prompt and efficient incident resolution.
- Support the Head of IT with implementation of best practices for incident and problem management, including identification, investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis
Experience:
- Passion for technology.
- Proven experience in Team leader, or Management IT role (or a similar role).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with experience of leading a high-performing team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: £40,000-£45,000 + Home Based Working + Private Healthcare
