Yard Assistant - sales

Paving Traders is a supplier of high quality paving stone and porcelain. Our company is expanding and we are looking for a motivated sales / yard assistant who can assist and deliver an exceptional customer service.

On a daily basis, you would be expected to:

Help to prepare customers orders / deliveries.

Assist customers in loading their vehicles when required.

Handling / Storing stock securely.

Keep the yard organised and tidy.

Speak with customers face to face, over the phone and email.

- Have excellent communication skills – written and spoken

- Be able to handle customer objections

- Delivery an exceptional customer service

You must have:

- Previous sales experience in a similar role or field

- Knowledge of natural stone and landscaping desired but not required

- Microsoft Office knowledge

- Flexibility to work weekends when required

- Use of Fork Lift Trucks - experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
