Ecommerce Assistant - Data Entry, Image Work & some Photography

We are hiring for our Ecommerce Team.

We are a family run established ecommerce business. We have over 16,000 products, an established website as well as Amazon and Ebay sales avenues. We need someone to join us and help us get our products looking perfect for our customers to see and buy!

The role will need a fair amount of data entry but there is lots of other exciting things to do like take photo and edit them, doing product lay outs, learn and use Photo shop and even more.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible
• Keep in Contact with suppliers to make sure we can source the best and most up to date imagery
• Maintain and update all documentation regarding product information and attributes.
• Check buyers guide/catalogue files/price files match each month before mailer goes out to customers, flagging any anomalies to Technical/Business Development team for correction.
• Updates to central database, extracting catalogue data to send to customers
• Updates to Amazon listings
• Updating files
• Basic WordPress training to make minor edits
• Any other work/tasks assigned by line manager and Senior Management Team

Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to plan and organize your workload
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills preferable
• An interest in Photography and imagery
• Photoshop / Light Room / Adobe Suite skills would be preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
