Are you a keen communicator, passionate about keeping others safe? We’re recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to drive Parkdean Resorts forward in this thriving industry.

Reporting into the Operations Director, we are looking for an experienced security operator to engage our park security teams and drive continuous improvement to ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their home away from home.

You’ll need to hold a current driving license and a current SIA Door Supervisor license.

Your day-to-day:

• Work with the Security Managers to develop business plans that include Security Assistant resourcing and budgeted labour costs
• Assist in the recruiting, onboarding and development of security team members, along with their direct reports to ensure we get the best from our people
• Ensure full SIA qualification and non-front line qualification protocol compliance
• Manage security audits on a periodical basis, creating, implementing, and communicating security processes to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities
• Coach and mentor the park management teams, assisting with stakeholder engagement
• Implement actions in support of the organisation’s risk management processes, working with the On Park Compliance & Safety Director and the Regional Operations Director
• Develop and conduct security awareness programs for the business, ensuring Parkdean Resorts security brand standards deliver best in class Security operations all year round.
