PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Support and assist the Merchandising Team to ensure the brand values/messages are maintained and are consistent in store.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• POSM and novelties order management.
• Support the store teams with ordering of merchandising items.
• Support the visual merchandising head office team by doing West-End/Flagship store visits to uphold visual merchandising and maintenance standards.
• Support the VM Executive to raise PO’s and dealing with supplier invoices.
• Support the VM Executive with monthly VM guidelines.
• Help the VM Executive with setup of new counter/boutique openings.
• Small project management within budget.
• Maintain and update the lightbox and video database.
• Manage maintenance requests from store teams and AM’s as per budget allocated.
• Monthly competitor analysis.
