HR Advisor

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an outstanding HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team, providing knowledgeable and friendly support across our rapidly growing offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to play a key role in the success of the newly expanded HR team, supporting across all aspects of the employee life cycle as well as getting involved in plenty of projects including the implementation of our new HRIS. This role is ideal if you’re looking for variety and are keen to work with an HR team who are truly viewed as valued partners.

Our new HR Advisor will value working as part of a team towards a common goal and will be dedicated to providing an outstanding service that is collaborative and goes above and beyond.

This role will involve occasional visits to all of our UK offices. Ideally, you will be based at one of our Oxford or London offices, although we would consider someone based at our Cambridge office.

We are looking for a talented HR Advisor who has:

· a CIPD qualification, ideally level 3 or working towards level 3

· proven experience in an HR advisor role

· great people skills and a willingness to build strong relationships

· a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

· experience of working with an HRIS, ideally through implementation.
