E-commerce Operations Specialist Recruitment

Location: Caldicot, Wales

Company Business: Online Chinese supermarket in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing adjustments, and order management.
• Analyze and manage sales and inventory through the ERP system.
• Work with product procurement to ensure product quality and supply.
• Oversee the operation of the mini-program shopping mall and plan promotional activities in conjunction with social media colleagues to improve user engagement.
• Monitor inventory data in collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure product supply stability.
• Responsible for customer service, handling complaints, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with logistics to confirm order completion and ensure normal logistics operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
• Design skills are a plus.
• Team orientated
• Mandarin is a must
