Recruitment Consultant

Our client is expanding and we're looking for a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing your own clients and leading a small team. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your team and grow your client base - the sky's the limit!

If you've got experience working in the Industrial Sector, that's fantastic, but if not, don't worry - we're still interested in hearing from you. Ideally, you've got at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and you're driven by success and results. You're also a master of relationship management at all levels of a business.

The perks of this role are pretty sweet too! You'll have the flexibility to work 2 days a week, a warm desk , a competitive basic salary of £27K-£30K (dependent on experience), a commission structure of 17.5%-£23%, and a friendly office environment with free onsite parking.
