Position Overview & Specifications

MATERNITY COVER FIXED TERM CONTRACT 7 - 12 MONTHS


Within the EMEA region, there are two core product sets that underpin our client’s digital advertising campaigns: ‘Oracle Contextual Intelligence’ and ‘Oracle Moat Analytics’.

Oracle Contextual Intelligence analyses online content and matches it to contextual segments for digital advertising campaigns, providing a cookieless contextual targeting and brand safety solution for brands, agencies, and publishers.

Oracle Moat Analytics provides comprehensive and transparent campaign verification and attention metrics—across channels, formats, and platforms—to help identify the advertising activities that drive growth. It measures ad quality, viewability, brand safety, and attention signals, allowing for data-driven decisions that make digital advertising more effective

The successful candidate will have experience working with digital advertising targeting, measurement, and analytics technologies in a client services capacity. They bring a strong understanding of digital measurement concepts and best practices. They can communicate effectively with clients, to best position Oracle Advertising’s products within a competitive landscape. In this role, you will be on the Agency Account Management team, working on a portfolio of existing Oracle Advertising clients. Responsibilities will include:

  • Own and manage strategic client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and great experience with all Oracle Advertising products
  • Evangelize Oracle Advertising’s products, strengths, capabilities, and position in the industry to clients
  • Monitor and review client data, proactively analyzing and surfacing insights, and resolving challenges as they arise
  • Deliver innovative and engaging collateral to continuously demonstrate the value of all Oracle Advertising products
  • Collaborate with Oracle Advertising’s engineering and operations teams to create a positive and seamless client experience
  • Proactively provide expertise and support to GTM teammates

About You

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in client services within digital advertising or advertising technology
  • Strong analytical and client service skills, and a desire to provide an excellent client experience
  • Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot and flag revenue opportunities
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to form narratives
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and strong internal drive

  • Subject matter experts on Oracle Advertising’s suite of solutions
  • Represent Oracle Advertising assigned patch of business, working to individual quarterly revenue targets
  • Protect and nurture existing business accounts. Work collaboratively with Sales counterparts to grow new business accounts
  • Build brilliant customer relationships that lead to repeatable business and ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Feed accurate and valuable information into strategic account planning initiatives and documents
  • Provide fast, useful information to every client either proactively or upon request
