Customer Service Representative

Onward Travel Solutions Ltd require staff to work 37.50 hours / week in their busy Cheddar based office organizing travel for their clients.

Main Duties:

• Working on the telephone dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to book and confirm airport transfers
• Working with a diverse range of customers for business and leisure bookings
• Providing excellent customer service using good communication skills
• Problem solving when required
• Working on bespoke software
• Working in a small team
• Sending confirmation emails to customers
• Working via online live chat
• Alternate weekends

Full training and support is provided.

Pay per hour: 18-22 years £11.00 | 23+ years £12.00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£12.01 per hour
