When you come in to work…


There is rarely a typical day. Given our rapid expansion there are constantly new challenges to overcome.

You will be working closely with a diverse, enthusiastic and talented group of people as part of our growing eCommerce team. Primarily, you will be working within our Digital Marketing team with a focus on expanding on the initial financial success of our Influencer Marketing, Affiliate and Paid Social channels as well as increasing our overall social media engagement.


Our ideal candidate would be someone who...

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a commercial mind and strong interest in social media.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills as the role requires managing a large variety of tasks.
  • Excited to learn about digital marketing in the world of social and to take responsibility for identifying opportunities and driving growth within the business.
  • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in creating video content is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our Social Media Specialist in building and shaping marketing strategies for the Social, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Channels.
  • Identifying optimisations and growth opportunities across social and affiliate networks using the current reporting setup to increase our return on investment.
  • Helping to create text, image and video ads for Social campaigns as well as running A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
  • Working to improve, run and expand the current social marketing strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, with the focus on increased engagement, sales and profit.
  • Researching influencers within our target audiences and reaching out to build relationships as well as arrange for products to be sent.
  • Measuring success of social engagement and performance against target goals and assisting with weekly reporting.
  • Understanding our online communities and helping develop strategies of how to best reach them and convert them into customers.
  • Monitoring Customer queries on social platforms and acting as the first point of contact, responding to enquiries from existing and potential customers online.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest marketing news & upcoming changes that will impact our strategies & performance.
