Facilities Handyperson

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to recruit a Handyman to support site based maintenance works across a single, corporate banking client facility.

Here, you will work alongside qualified electrical and mechanical engineers, supporting on Fabric based planned and reactive repairs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance professional to develop their skills working within a world class company on a prestigious contract.

Actions will include:

• Ensure that planned and reactive maintenance works are met
• Ensure that quality of workmanship and service is of the highest quality.
• Carry out plant room inspections and Work place inspections as requested, ensuring information is recorded.
• Participate in onsite meetings, Team meetings, Toolbox talks and scenario training.
• Carry out sub - contractor site inductions and E-permit system.
• Carry out permit to works and transfer of control documents
• Pay proper regard to H&S onsite and carry out responsibilities safely
• Participate in any overtime requests
• Participate in any scheduled training

We need from you:

• Clear maintenance experience within a commercial setting
• Any trades qualification would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,700.00 per year
