Senior Group FP&A Analyst

Job Purpose:

To support the ODEON Cinemas Group (OCG) Finance Team and Executive Committee members with high quality analysis of business performance. This will include support with the annual planning cycle, reforecasting, capex planning, cashflow management, business partnering and long range planning processes through well planned coordination with finance and non-finance teams across Europe.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supporting the annual planning process across OCG including co-ordination and preparation of annual plans for group function
• P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting with scenario analysis to support:
  Liquidity management, including decisions on uses of liquidity
  Goodwill impairment reviews
  Shareholders' requirements
  
• Coordination and analysis of capex actuals and projections
• Coordination and preparation of long range strategic plans with supporting qualitative analysis
• Preparation of ad hoc analysis as required by Executive Committee members
• Support due diligence processes where relevant on acquisitions, divestments and refinancing
• Business Partnering for Group Functions, including building Business Cases
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance and Non-Finance Teams across both OCG and AMC

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant with post qualification experience
• Strong Excel Skills with an analytical mindset
• Experience of financial modelling
• Ideally have experience of working in an FMCG or multi-site leisure and/or retail environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
• Experience of partnering both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• ORACLE Hyperion experience is desirable
