Job Description


We’re looking for an Onboarding Officer to work within Operations reporting to Nicola Hardy, the Back Office Manager. You'll be overseeing the successful take-on of new clients and new investments. The team work closely with various Operations team’s, t to ensure the client experience is as smooth as possible.

Deliverables:

  • Data entry for application processing
  • Handling, banking cheques and processing client money
  • Completing necessary investigations to ensure applications are compliant with our internal and external regulations – liaise with various stakeholders
  • Daily management of own workload to ensure that both new and ongoing work items are completed in a timely manner
  • Managing a busy inbox and adhoc queries from internal stakeholders
  • Help with streamlining procedures and processes

Qualifications

  • Strong eye for detail and ability to work precisely and exactly is imperative
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task whilst working under pressure
  • Hands on team player that’s also comfortable working individually
  • Able to adhere to strict daily and adhoc deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, comfortable working outside of regular working hours during busy periods
  • Customer focused
  • Strong problem solving and organisational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels
  • Must be comfortable using technology and leveraging digital applications

To really stand out from the crowd, these skills will help:

  • Experience with AML/KYC
  • Must be curious and seek to learn and improve whilst instilling automated and digital solutions wherever appropriate
