Salary: £10.65 up to £13.95 per hour with our premiums and overtime rate

• Starting rate - £10.65 per hour
• Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25

About the role

You will work as part of our amazing team as a Warehouse Operative, in a busy and fast paced business that can offer you great benefits and plenty of opportunities to progress your career. This isn’t like any other warehouse job, you’ll be working for one of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK.

We have roles available in the following areas:

Pick and Pack: 05:00 - 15:00 - Picking and packing customer orders into totes.

Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 - Frame loading up to 18kg totes from spur lanes into frames, loading customer orders into the delivery vans and de-kitting the returned assets.

Inbound: 06:00 - 17:00 - Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting the 7:products into totes.

Freezer: 05:00 - 15:00 - Picking and packing customer orders into totes in conditions that have temperatures below -25℃.

There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient (minimum 2oC) and -25℃ for Freezer roles, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.

Situated on the Walworth Business Park in Andover and just off of the A303. We have an onsite multi story car park. We also have 3 bike sheds where you can lock your bike up on our secure grounds. We are within easy reach of the A34 and M3. The train station is 2 miles away.

From our facility we will send out up to 59,000 orders per week to Andover and the surrounding areas. Whether it's receiving products from suppliers, picking customers shopping, loading or driving our vans that interest you, we have a role for you.
