Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and branding goals
• Create and publish daily content on various social media platforms that engage and grow the target audience
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results
• Collaborate with editors to generate viral and shareable content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility
• Manage and grow brand presence on new social media platforms, including Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies and recommend new strategies to increase the brand's online presence
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that showcases the brand's products, services, and values
• Ensure that all content is in line with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in executing social media campaigns
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging content that resonates with the target audience
