NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to work remotely in LATAM with our global clients.

Overview:

We’re seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. This role works closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive adoption, manage change activities, and ensure business outcomes are realized. The position offers hands-on exposure to a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities to lead engagement strategies and deliver measurable impact across organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end Change Management strategy and execution across technology programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all levels.
  • Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
  • Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track success.
  • Design and execute communication strategies and messaging plans.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end users.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
  • Create and manage change assets including communications, training materials, and plans.
  • Drive adoption activities across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Support UAT, pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Partner with technical teams to align change with delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management within technology-driven transformations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
  • Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle from strategy to measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of structured Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently.
  • Experience managing stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
  • PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.
