Are you looking for a role within an organisation where the work you do makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you looking to develop with a sector leading team? If the answer is yes than our role of Community Fundraiser for the East of England could be for you.

Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. Join us as a Community Fundraiser for the East of England and get more people involved in change that means everything.

This is an exciting and varied role, helping to plan and attend events in the community, join supporters in their fundraising and enables you to engage, inspire and develop a network of individuals and local groups who will in turn help generate income to support and fund NSPCC services.

We are looking for a people person with the ability to lead, develop and support individuals and organisations. With your excellent communication skills, you will engage with a range of community audiences in a clear and confident way and help to recruit new fundraising volunteers to join us.

This is a Home Based role with travel across Cambridgeshire (Including Peterborough), Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

This is a real opportunity to make a difference to children's lives, but we also like to reward people by offering a great working environment, being part of a friendly regional team and offering lots of variety through stimulating and challenging work, with plenty of development opportunities.

We offer rewards and benefits including:

  • Generous annual leave,
  • Employee benefits and assistance programme,
  • Flexible working options / reduced hours (pro-rata salary) considered,
  • Pension and life assurance schemes.

Join us and become part of a dynamic team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. We want to ensure roles are accessible and inclusive of everyone, which is why the NSPCC offers a high degree of flexibility around ways of working.
