Position Overview & Specifications
Team Lead Occupational Therapist for the HCOP wards across QMC and City
Full time, 14 month fixed term contract/secondment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated individual to lead the HCOP OT team across Queen's and City campus. It is an excellent opportunity to bring new ideas to the already well established inpatient service.
This post will lead the OT service for HCOP patients across a diverse pathway and you will be supported by a Clinical Lead, a Therapy Service Manager and fellow band 7 staff within the team.
The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the training and competency assessment of staff within the area and to manage the weekend rota for the team
