Position Overview & Specifications
Our Strengthening Families Team (based in Northampton) are looking for a Strengthening Families Assistant to work with families and partners to provide effective help as early as possible. Our Assistants are enthusiastic, self-motivated team players with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. They use evidenced based interventions to support families in their homes to improve parenting skills, set boundaries and support each other, as well as running activities within Children’s Centres such as stay and play sessions and parenting groups.
