An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Workington Community Nursing Team. The team thrives to deliver safe, effective and patient centred care to the population of our case load. We are looking to recruit registered or newly qualified nurses, eager to develop their community nursing career.
The Trust will provide a twelve month preceptorship period for all newly registered healthcare professionals.
Healthcare Professionals returning to practice, moving into new roles or changing clinical environments, may access an agreed preceptorship period.
