Turndown Attendant

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate individual to join the team who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a challenge.

As part of our team, you will…

have the opportunity to shape and deliver authentic Nobu hospitality to all of our guests. We are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts. You will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.

THE ROLE

As a Turndown Room Attendant, you will be working very closely with our Housekeeping Supervisors. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests stay is comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, you will also service all late requests and prepare late check-out rooms for the new arrivals

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar

Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile

An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service and an eye for detail
