Shift Engineer

THE ROLE

As Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out any required engineering or maintenance work as required by the hotel.Your tasks as Shift Engineer will include but will not be limited to:

• You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise effectively and efficiently.
• Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed promptly to the Maintenance Manager or Director of Engineering.
• Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical. mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.
• Assist with inventory organisation and ordering.
• Work closely with the Security department to help oversee Health and Safety.
• Ensure you have consistent and accurate use of all maintenance related systems.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year experience as a shift engineer.
