Position Overview & Specifications

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. 

This role can be based anywhere in the UK

As a part of the successful talent team at Nivoda, you will have the exciting opportunity to help facilitate exponential growth in a high performing scale up. We are looking for a passionate ‘people person’ who takes ownership over sourcing, interviewing and hiring the very best talent in a truly global organisation. 

You’ll focus on key business areas including Commercial, Finance and Product and help deliver an excellent candidate experience whilst having a keen interest in process improvement. An exciting, fast paced role full of autonomy and exposure to senior VPs. You will be reporting into the Head of Talent & People.

What you'll do:

  • Work in partnership with hiring managers to define exciting job descriptions that bring A players to Nivoda
  • Find new ways to attract top talent and streamline the recruiting process
  • Take ownership over active roles, adhering to specific candidate comms and time to hire KPIs
  • Review and shortlist CVs based on the requirements of the position
  • Conduct all first stage interviews with applicants, ensuring a first class candidate experience that showcases the opportunity at Nivoda
  • Facilitate all further interviews with the selected panel and ensure detailed feedback is provided at each stage
  • Empathetically decline any unsuccessful candidates
  • Manage the company ATS, ensuring that candidates progress through the appropriate stages
  • Build strong talent pipelines, advertising opportunities on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards such as Otta & Indeed
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent & People to implement new and improved ways of working, automate process and improve the candidate experience
  • Develop strong working relationships with global hiring managers at Nivoda
  • Have a good understanding of specific country differences for new roles and apply them in your sourcing strategy

What you'll need:

  • At least 4 years experience hiring in-house, preferably in a tech start up / scale up business
  • Experience in Commercial, Finance and Product recruitment including sourcing, CV screening and interviewing
  • Experience recruiting globally, preferably across EMEA
  • First class communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders globally
  • Exceptionally high standards when it comes to candidate experience, communication and organisation
  • The desire to work simultaneously across both specialist and high volume recruitment 
  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition and being part of a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
  • Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
