Head Door Supervisor

Nightlife Security Limited are looking for an experienced, confident and self-motivated Head Door Supervisor tobuild and lead a new team at an exciting Belfast City centre venue.

Your Role Responsibilities/Duties may include but not limited to;

• Supervise and direct the team in their duties to provide adequate cover in all areas of the venue.
• To maintain the security of the venue and safety of the customers and staff members alike.
• Ensuring the venue entry criteria is met (ID checks, dress code, searching etc)
• Monitoring and managing queues and any crowded areas.
• Liaising with local authorities (Police, Fire, Ambulance, Council, SIA)
• Ensuring all admin is kept up to date (signing in process, incident logs etc)
• Managing all incidents to a satisfactory conclusion, including taking care of vulnerable individuals

Pay: Weekly on Mondays, 1 week in arrears.

Rate: £16 Ph (PAYE or Self employed)

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekends

Must be available to work on a regular basis, particularly Friday and Saturday nights – Midweek shifts are available also

Experience:

• Essential - Minimum 5 years DS experience
• Desirable - 1 Years HD experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 5 - 30 per week
