Are you a self-motivated, autonomous individual with excellent communication and leadership skills? The ideal candidate will provide support to the Practice Manager in the management of provision of primary care services for the benefit of patients at Aden Health Centre. This includes workforce planning, quality of care, clinical and care governance. Work with the Practice Manager to develop positive and professional relationships and networks to deliver on strategic plans affecting the GP practice.

You will provide personal team leadership and facilitate partnership working to achieve the best possible health and care outcomes. This will require leadership in relation to redesign of services to deliver against the needs of the primary care implementation plan, new General Medical Services Contract supporting the Strategic Vision of the Health and Social Care Partnership.

The post holder will work in collaboration with the Practice Manager, Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership Management Structure to ensure the implementation, development and delivery of safe and effective, person-centred general medical service to the practice population of Aden Health Centre.
