Position Overview & Specifications
The shift pattern for this post is: Wednesday 2.30pm – 5pm Thursday & Friday 8am – 5pm.
The successful applicant will be part of the business support team responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Primary/Community Care service teams as required. Applicants should have excellent organisational skills, strong Communication Skills and must show competence in the basic use of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. The post involves community reception duties, making/cancelling appointments on EMISweb, typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, data input, record/data management, and mail duties. You must be able to provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the services. You will have well developed interpersonal skills in customer care and have the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
