Position Overview & Specifications
Project Manager - NHS innovation projects, finding ways to do things better - Oxford Health NHS Trust - 12 months (with option to go Permanent) - Hybrid (3 or 4 days from home / 1 or 2 days on site in Oxford)
c£24.38/hr + holiday pay (the baked in hourly rate comes to £27.82) + you will qualify for the pension after the first 3 months (we will match your contribution up to 10%), This role is PAYE, so no Employer's NI to pay.
Very interesting role - the role is looking for someone that can come in and look at ways of improving the way things are done - Process Improvement is a big one. It could be across any of the organisational areas - eg Operations (eg looking at ways to improve the way goods are ordered), Marketing (eg how can we make the website more effective) etc, it is very much an Innovations type role.
So it is liaising with stakeholders from these various areas within the NHS Trust, to research what the problem is, then coming up with ideas that will make the improvements.
Then it is working with the team to project manage these changes. But the key thing is that we are looking for someone who has come up with what needs to change first, has initiated what needs to be done (and then project manage it)
