Van Driver- days

Pay rates are £11.27ph

You will be on a 35 hour contract working a 5 over 7 shift pattern so you will need to be able to work some weekends.

• Overtime is paid at time and a half on any hours worked after 45 hours.
• You will be driving a nice clean Mercedes sprinter van delivering goods to our Next retail stores.
• Only 1-6 drops per day
• There are no home deliveries involved.
• There is some heavy lifting involved so must be physically able to lift heavy items onto the van.

Nights.

After 6 months with us can apply to join our HGV drivers apprenticeship, with no loss of pay.

Our HGV driving apprenticeship allows you to train for your HGV licence at no cost to you. Once successfully completed you will come away with your class 1 licence and begin to progress your career with Next as one of our HGV drivers.

Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.
