Direct Sales Representative

Due to our continued growth during a difficult couple of years with with pandemic we are now looking at stepping up our sales operation to the next level. We are recruiting 3 new sales people to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced sales professional looking for their next challenge or an enthusiastic trainee, looking to break into the rewarding sales industry.

We supply/fit high quality resin-bound driveways, and cover the entire Midlands domestic marketplace, so need individuals to cover their local postcodes.

The successful applicant will be ambitious, self motivated & professional. You would be required to travel a reasonable distance to see potential customers (so a Full UK driving licence & transport is essential) & work semi antisocial hours (including evenings & Saturdays). In return they will receive plenty of pre-qualified appointments, as much support & training as they require, a friendly working environment with a company who values & respects them, and a fantastic pay deal made up of a decent basic wage on top of a generous commission structure based on sales.

We would expect a new starter to realistically achieve an on target wage of around £20-25k and then increase their income as they gain experience & develop into the role. Our top performers are currently achieving over £85k as well as winning plenty of incentives & competitions along the way!! Our team are currently battling it out to win a trip to New York, which shows the calibre of prizes up for grabs.

Obviously a seasoned sales professional would earn high wages very quickly but we are happy to train & develop a newcomer to the industry as well.
