Bar and Waiting Staff

The ideal candidate would:

• Thrive in a busy environment, being able to multitask.
• Remain proactive.
• Confident
• Follow correct protocols and procedures including refusal of service, food allergens, and food safety.
• Preparing and serving guests drinks in line with service standards.
• Cash handling, and settling bills through a variety of payment methods.
• Maintaining a clean workspace and replenishing and rotating stock as required.
• Following correct protocols and procedures including refusal of service.
