Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced architectural technician, assistant or technologist to join our small team in our studio located just outside of Exeter.

Amongst others, one key part of our business is the quality of our detailed technical drawings and we are looking for someone who has the knowledge and experience to hit the ground running on some of our major residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will not only need to demonstrate their abilities in this field but should also be comfortable with taking the lead, passing on knowledge and taking a senior role amongst peers.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and capable technician to join the team at associate level, who is both creative and focussed. The individual must be able to handle working with multiple clients on multiple jobs at once, whilst still maintaining extremely high standards and delivering great architecture.

Basic requirements are:

• Minimum 5 years of technical drawing experience
• Experience with (or willingness to adapt to) company chosen CAD software - Vectorworks
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients alike
• Ability to manage a busy workload without letting things drop
• Organised and motivated

Salary Range: £42,000 - £48,000

Working Hours: Flexible (Full-time preferred)
