Position Overview & Specifications

Your Company:
NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful FMCG business operating within the manufacturing industry who are searching for a keen Marketing Manager to join their team. With this business constantly creating new, trendy and market leading products, they are looking for an individual to head up a team of ambitious professionals who can help drive market positioning and engagement through material produced for a variety of channels.

This is an opportunity for a strong leader to guide the business through the next few years of predicted growth and transformation, to head up the company's physical and digital marketing activities and work together with internal teams to push revenue and success.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
While in this role your duties will include:
  • Being responsible for the marketing team and overseeing all deliverables across a range of projects and initiatives
  • Supporting the team in creating a range of useable content and material that can be used across varying channels both online and offline, in line with the marketing plan/strategy
  • Acting as the point of contact and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, where needed
  • Being able to effectively demonstrate and communicate all marketing strategies and information to stakeholders
  • Ensuring you are always aware and up to date with emerging and current market trends and information to steer the company's position positively at all times compared to competitors and showcase knowledge of competitor market positions respectively
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to aid in their development and resolving any issues or queries raised by the team
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess not only a relevant qualification such as CIM/ACIM or marketing degree, but will also be able to showcase years of prior experience within a similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand marketing activities. You should possess sound knowledge of market trends and the industry, understanding regulations and limitations and being able to provide, when needed, insight into market positioning and strategies for progression. Excellent communication is vital within this role, in both written and verbal forms, to ensure the seamless and effective delivering of high-quality information to a variety of individuals as and when it is needed.

What you will get in Return:
In return for the successful acquisition of this role you will receive a salary in the range of £60,000 dependent on previous experience and this will accompany a benefits packages including competitive holiday allowance, attractive pension contributions and also an allocation of vouchers for you to spend in relation to the products produced by the company, which will be worth up to £1000 annually.
