Recruitment or Sales experience is ideal but not essential, if you are goal orientated, conscientious and eager to carve out a career in a thriving industry then the role of a Trainee Recruiter would be for you.

The role of a Trainee Recruiter is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 4 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house L&D Team.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be headhunting the best talent in the Engineering Industry

• You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
• You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
• You'll manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening calls to closing deals.
