As our Billing Coordinating Ninja, you'll be the superhero of our finance team. You'll use your billing and accounting skills to make sure everything is running smoothly and that our clients are happy with their invoices. You'll be a pro at crunching numbers and working with spreadsheets.

Here's what you'll be doing as our Billing Coordinating Ninja:

  Making sure our clients are invoiced correctly and on time.
• Resolving any billing issues or discrepancies with our clients.
• Working closely with our sales team to ensure all orders are invoiced and paid on time.
• Preparing financial reports for our management team.
• Providing support to our clients and answering any billing-related questions they may have.

Here's what we're looking for in our Billing Coordinating Ninja:

• 
  You've got at least 2 years of experience in billing and accounting, and you're a real pro at it.
• You're a great communicator and you know how to build relationships with people.
• You're not afraid to take risks and try new things.
• You're a team player, but you're also pretty damn good at working independently.
• You love having fun at work and you're always looking for new ways to make things more exciting.
