About the role

We are looking for an experienced, premium Permanent Make-up artist to join us in our flagship studio in the heart of Marylebone to help pioneer our new service offering. The artist(s) will have the opportunity to grow their personal brand whilst bringing to life this new service.

The role will have two key objectives: a) Provide world-class service that is on brand and compliments our existing services; and b) Steadily grow a new revenue stream at NAAMA.

The artist(s) will be fully supported and be set up to succeed, working closely with NAAMA’s marketing, design and content team and can avail of our existing services including-

• an inhouse photographer to assist in the creation of B&As.
• a graphic designer to produce amazing content.
• a copywriter to help tell their story.

The role will be full-time and will include a base salary plus commission with flexible hours.

About you

You are a talented PMU artist with an existing client base and personal brand that you would like to take to the next level. You’ll have left, or are thinking of leaving, a reputable aesthetics establishment to further your career. You are confident in your ability as an artist and are highly motivated by this opportunity.

You have experience performing the following PMU services:

• Microblading (Including Micro Stroking and Powder brow)
• Cover-up or correction
• Freckle tattoos
• Lip blushing tints
• Scalp lining
• Scar camouflage
• Lip & Eyeliner
• Areola micropigmentation

You will be energised by the prospect of joining a fast-paced, dynamic team and will be keen to throw your all into the opportunity. You are an exceptional self-starter and have the charm and charisma to match. You’re a storyteller with strong communication skills.
