Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the Fabulosa Team at our site in Wardle, Nantwich. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a busy, growing business & be part of our huge future plans.

Key Responsibilities include:

Team Management:

Manage Team of FLT’s & Warehouse Operatives ensuring they are trained & supported across all warehouse duties

Responsibility for all recruitment, planning, & HR Administration across the Warehouse Team

Warehouse Management:

Responsibility for the storage of Raw Materials & Finished stock within the Warehouse

Ensure Warehouse Team continually manage a tidy, safe storage of goods

Ensure Warehouse Team provide all required Raw Materials to the Production Team

Responsibility for managing the “Red Zone” used to receive & deal with customer returns & rejections

Manage 3rd Party Product where requirement is to re-stack/label & send to customers

Goods In:

Ensure all Goods In are managed appropriately storing safely for continual use

Ensure all Goods receipted in are checked against the invoice, signed for & given to the Procurement Team to process

Ensure all Raw Materials are made available across the site, when required to meet Production needs

Manage all Third-Party deliveries into the site & locate accordingly either for future use/ immediate delivery

Goods Out:

Responsibility for the accurate loading of all finished goods in line with our Production Plan & Customer Plan to ensure all loads are facilitated with the correct paperwork & loaded as per agreed timings

Liaise with internal teams, especially Transport to work collaboratively on planned deliveries highlighting any issues that may require the plan to be amended

Responsibility for the Network collections on a daily basis completing all relevant paperwork & in line with process

Administration:

Complete all required administration relating to Warehouse Management

Delivery Notes, Pick Sheets, Pallet Counts, 3rd Party Counts

Team responsibility for the correct labelling of finished stock as it comes out of production to be stored ahead of collections

Site Management:

Responsibility for the management of all external elements of the site

Recycling, Compactor, Pallet Storage, Chemical Store etc

Health & Safety:

Ensuring all H&S Procedures are being followed at all times & across the team

Completion of relevant H&S Checks (i.e. FLT Daily Checks) reporting any issues to the Transport Manager

Ensure the correct stacking of Pallets & Raw Materials across the site with full awareness of the dangers this could cause others

Awareness of PPE Policy, FLT use, Mezzanine Floor Lift Procedure etc needs to be adhered to

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
