Soft Services Manager

• Monday - Friday
• Must be flexible between the hours 7 am-7 pm

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all soft services, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception.
• Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the soft services team.
• Monitor and control budgets for all soft services, including the preparation of reports and financial forecasts.
• Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the soft services team and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the services we offer.

• Proven experience in a similar role, managing and overseeing soft services in a commercial or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Health and Safety qualification is a plus.
