Warehouse Picker/Packer -Evenings-

This is an excellent opportunity for both Full-time (11:00 up to 22:00) and Part-time (17:00 up to 22:00) or flexible hours/days candidates who are looking for Mon-Fri evening work.
*NOTE – Starting rate for this position will go up from April from 9.60 to £10.53*

Primarily looking for the local workforce – around Airport area: Altrincham, Wythenshawe, Didsbury, Cheadle, Wilmslow, Stockport, Sale etc.

The Role In A Nutshell
You will work as part of warehouse team picking and packing customer orders, booking goods in and dealing with returns. You will pick and pack e-commerce orders to a high-quality standard to ensure our customers receive the very best service.

You will be trained in each area by one of our experienced members and work as part of our diverse team who have a mix of experience, some who have been with the business for over 10 years.

What You Will Be Doing and What Our Team Needs

• Picking and Packing
• Processing Orders using a computer
• Booking Goods In
• Processing Returns
• Working closely with our Customer Services Team

We are looking for new team members who are efficient, proactive and easily adaptable. You must share our passion for providing a great service to our customers and have a great attitude to learning new things. We want a multi skilled and adaptable workforce who can be flexible and efficient! We place more value on enthusiasm and a good attitude to work than experience in a warehouse setting, although this is always useful!

PLEASE NOTE:
This is 3-month fixed term, 0 hours contract. After 1-month probation you will be part of Monthly BONUS.

Base Pay from £9.60 and go up to £10.50-11.50 depending on Monthly Team BONUS (10%-20%)
From April: Base Pay will be from £10.53 and go up to £11.50-12.60 depending on Monthly Team BONUS (10%-20%)
