Position Type: Internship Contract for 1 year Position Start Date: 21 Jun 2023 Location: Grosvenor Gardens, Belgravia, London Visa Status: Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK. JOB MISSION Moet Hennessy UK Ltd is looking for a new Retail intern to work with the UK Retail and Department Stores Team to assist in developing and executing specific retail projects whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day to day work. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Brand Activations • Supporting the Department Stores NAM in the execution and delivery of retail projects and experiences. • Supporting the Retail team and the store team in the operation of our concession(s). • Assisting with updating and maintaining all brand activation trackers and timelines. • Assisting with the development and implementation of retail experiences/operations working in partnership with internal brand and trade marketing teams and external agencies. • Developing strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to allow for smooth delivery during project executions. • Acting as an Ambassador for the brands during any events/experiences. Customer Relationship Support • Working across all customer accounts to support the Department Stores NAM to drive sales and brand opportunities to achieve the annual channel targets. • Managing orders and deliveries in collaboration with our Customer Service team. • Preparing customer account specific forms • Assisting in preparing sales meeting presentations • Liaising with Finance to manage sales trackers • Liaising with external customer contacts on Trade Marketing Plans and adhoc requests. • Building collaborative external relationships with customers across merchandising, commercial, marketing, regional and store teams. • Liaising with Credit control to assist in solving invoicing issues.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE Education: Degree level Professional experience & know how: Previous work experience/internship in Sales/ Retail/ Marketing / Project Management or related fields Experience in the luxury goods industry welcome Interest in Wine and Spirits welcome Technical & management skills: Delivering projects to communicated deadlines Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Other skills • Excellent organizational skills • Managing multiple tasks • Can do attitude and Problem Solving • Proactivity and taking ownership • Attention to detail • Creativity • Teamwork
