Accident Repair Center Spray Painter Trainee/Apprentice

Our successful Vehicle Workshop and Car Repair company based in Birmingham, West Midlands, are a family, friendly team who are passionate about cars on every level.

We are looking for trainees within our vehicle Panel beater Department. You will be assigned to a skilled technician who will be responsible for your training on a day to day basis.

• Learning how to perform painting repairs to an extremely high standard.
• Looking after the painting process, from preparation to mopping
• Supporting the body shop team within other departments if required.
• Learning how to prepare vehicles to be sprayed
• Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
• Learning to spray painting vehicles

If you have a keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the automotive industry as a whole, then we would like to hear from you.

No experience is needed for this role; however we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and work ethic with a willingness to learn. Ideally you will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as having the capability to follow instructions and work individually. We are looking for someone who is willing to stay long term and progress within the business. You will learn from the best mentors who will teach you everything from scratch.

Salary is negotiable.
