IT Support Assistant

We are currently seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our Head Office in Braintree.

Working within a team of 4, your main role will consist of supporting the following:

• Server 2012/2016/2019
• Domain control
• Antivirus
• Hardware (printers / phones / computers)
• Software support to our 174 branches

Other roles can include:

• Required to drive to the branches for installs or replacement of equipment

The ideal candidate will have:

• A basic knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server.
• A basic knowledge of networking infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience working within the IT helpdesk environment or equivalent within computing.
• A willingness to learn and expand knowledge independently.
• A full UK Manual Car Driving Licence (Required).

Training will be provided but prior knowledge in IT systems and networking infrastructure would be beneficial.
