Moody's Analytics Graduate Program: Lending Delivery Solution Consultant

The Moody's Analytics Graduate Program will provide the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into a broad range of financial institutions, working within our Banking Operating Unit (OU), passionate about delivering high quality products and services across our client base. With a combination of formal and on-the-job training, alongside ongoing mentoring, you will be expected to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The 12-month program will start in September 2023 on a permanent contract.

The Lending Delivery Solution Graduate is a key member of the Banking Solutions Execution team. In this role you will design and build functional and technical solutions to facilitate client adoption of our products by partnering with colleagues to successfully deliver our credit origination solutions. This key team member will:

• Participate in and/or lead credit origination solutions delivery
• Lead and/or join requirements and design workshops to understand customers’ loan origination processes and design or advise on design of components of the solution
• Document and/or review the outputs derived from the project workshops
• Analyze business requirements and define how our solutions can best be delivered to align with those requirements
• Configure solutions based on business requirements, designs, and our lending solutions best practices
• Develop code for integration, business rules, reports, scorecards, utilities, etc. within the solutions’ extensible framework
• Ensure accurate use of source control throughout project delivery
• Provide functional and technical leadership to project delivery team during implementation including requirements, design and development/configuration
• Assist with documenting, categorizing, tracking, and analyzing results of testing
• Liaise with other teams such as product, engineering and other delivery teams to research and resolve issues
