Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis

We have a key position at our store in Gillingham for an Assistant Manager to join the team.

As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to inspire, develop, motivate and lead the team. You will be a key member of the store management team, deputising in the Store Manager’s absence. By delivering exceptional levels of customer service, you will work together to maximise the store’s sales and relationships with the local community.
