Server

We know that our customers are in your hands and that you are therefore vital to our success. So we are looking for servers with a passion for people and delivering great service, plus the ability to think differently and bring the fun factor. We expect you to live and breathe our Mockingbird values and steps of service to help us ensure a fantastic customer experience is delivered every time. We will expect you to ensure our customer becomes a Mockingbird fan, or goes away even more fanatical. Your duties will include: preparing and packing our food and drink products, serving Mockingbird food to our in house, takeaway, and delivery customers, helping with customer enquiries, taking payments, keeping work areas/surfaces clean, cleaning after service, restocking drinks and snacks
