About the role

We're looking to grow the Lovecases team and want you to come on board and learn all about Print Design and Production and get an insight into how we run our social media brand and help us grow our influencer network/customer base. You'll have the opportunity to work with our influencer contacts as well as help to choose which products we add next to the Lovecases website, in addition, to specialising in our Print production processes and bringing our in-house designs to life.

We'll enrol you into either a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship or a Level 2 Print Operative Apprenticeship/Level 2 Improvement Technician apprenticeship to formalise your learning and support the hands-on training that you'll be getting from the Lovecases team. At the end of the Apprenticeship, there's potential for you to progress into a permanent role within the team, and continue your learning and personal development with higher-level qualifications.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the smooth production of all our in-house designed printed products.
• Working with social media influencers, packing their bespoke orders.
• Assisting the Print production team with machine operation seeing the design come to life on the end product
• Working closely with the small design and print room team to maintain an organised workspace and manage the correct stock levels to support order volumes.
• Providing great customer satisfaction through communication with customers and assisting the social media manager with website updates.

Now, here's what we need from you:

• Minimum grade C/3 in GCSE Maths & English
• Passion for social media platforms and trends
• Interest in influencer marketing
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A team player, who's willing to get stuck in with anything and everything!
• Some experience in web administration, photo editing or customer service would also be desirable.
