French Speaking Recruitment Consultant - HAMMERSMITH ( LONDON)

We are looking for enthusiastic French Speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Central London and work on the French Market.

Duties and responsibilities

Sourcing/Recruitment

• 
  Developing a thorough understanding of our markets
  
• Developing a good understanding of our clients’ businesses, their expectations and their work culture and environment.
  
• Writing job adverts on our website and job boards
  
• Sourcing and screening candidates
  
• Headhunting identified candidates who may already be in work by telephone
  
• Conducting interviews over the phone and Microsoft Teams
  
• Writing interview reports to clients
  
• Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates, and team members
  
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs and companies
  
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Sales

• 
  New business sales calls
  
• Building strong relationships with clients
  
• Establish a client base and become an expert within your specialist field

Skills and experience

• 
  Fluent in French (required)
  
• Intermediate level of English Language (B1)
  
• Recruitment experience is required and / or telesales experience
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Personable/Approachable - building rapport with candidates is crucial in this role
  
• Positive and easy going attitude
  
• Motivated, ambitious and organised with strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously

Profil

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor degree or equivalent (BAC+3) ideally in HR, business or sales
  
• Sales experience required
