Position Overview & Specifications
There is currently a vacancy for the role of Human Resources Officer, based within the Human Resources Department at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen. The post is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
The successful candidate will contribute to improving the performance of the HR Department with the development, review, implementation and promotion of Human Resources objectives and strategies.
In addition, the successful candidate will also coordinate the Service’s actions as part of its objectives within the Strategic Equality Plan and providing advice for all staff and line managers with regards to inclusion matters.
This post will require some travel throughout Service area.
