About Our Client

My client is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join their Retail business transformation programme and incorporate Agile to specific work-stream.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Agile Scrum Master:

• Establishes Agile ways of working in collaboration with the Transformation Management Office/BI teams
• Prepares, facilitates and captures outputs from the Agile ceremonies
• Plans activities and facilitates retrospectives
• Coach and educate the team and stakeholders around the Agile ways of working

The Successful Applicant

The successful Agile Scrum Master must demonstrate the following:

Skills:

• Knowledge of adapting Agile in ways that will facilitate business adoption
• Knowledge of data and analytic processes and approach desirable but not essential
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and fast changing environments
• Change management, facilitation and communication skills
  

Experience:

• Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Product Owner experience essential, with conventional PM experience desirable but not essential
• Experience of establishing and successfully applying Agile methodology in non-IT contexts
• Experience of managing change and of leading without hierarchical authority

• Hybrid working at my Retail clients City of London office
• Between £400-£450 per day inside IR35
