We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Commerce Coordinator in our London office.
Department Overview:
The Digital Commerce team sits in E-Commerce and looks after site optimization through Site Message/experience and Customer Journey – Managing the Content, Navigation & product lifecycle. Focusing on commercial gains and key brand moments, detail-oriented team with strong organization, communication and management skills, able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively. You will report into the Digital Commerce Manager and support the site merchandisers to effectively manage all product upload activities for the websites. And ensure that all products are merchandised within the correct categories, and commercially presented online.
What You’ll Do:
  • Support and implement site merchandising strategies based on collective evaluations of defined KPIs, to agreed timescales.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather all necessary data for product to go live and coordinate EU-only merchandise with US partners to ensure all stocked products are online in time and in full.
  • Manage tracking documents for product not on site, communicating and following up on any delays or missing information to ensure the timely launch of newness to the sites.
  • Support the site merchandisers to effectively manage all product upload activities for the websites.
  • In partnership with the site merchandisers, ensure that all products are merchandised within the correct categories, and commercially presented online.
  • Complete weekly website reviews and audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence, consistency and optimised performance across all sites and channels
  • Support with continual review of customer experience highlighting improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and user experience
  • Continually collaborate, share best practice and identify conversion driving opportunities.
  • Support with daily and weekly reporting against site metrics and key KPIS, ensuring actions can be take each week to drive incremental conversion and therefore sales opportunity
  • Review trade actions with all departments & provide weekly trade summary to E-com team & wider business.
  • Produce ad-hoc and post event analysis of all site’s key activities, identifying actionable insights
You’ll Need to Have:
  • At least 1 years of experience in an e-com site merchandising role ideally within an international retail environment
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience in managing web-based analytical tools (Ideally Adobe Omniture)
  • Good PC Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
